Our rates

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. We do not accept cash or cheques. Subject to approval, we may accept e-transfer. Our service technician will not accept payment. An invoice will be emailed to you, and this invoice is payable at the completion of the work, using one of the payment methods mentioned above.

• For the 2023 season, we have found it necessary to increase our labour rate. This rate was unchanged since 2016, but in the face of constantly rising costs of providing our service, this increase was unfortunately necessary.

• Our hourly rate is $110 per hour, beginning when we arrive at your location. There is a one hour minimum charge. We can usually provide a rough estimate of the cost to perform service, based on a discussion of the problem.

• We charge a service call fee based on the travel distance from Craighurst, Ontario. This fee is $2.00 per one-way kilometer, and is to cover our driving time and travel cost to reach your location. For example, south-end Barrie is 28km one way, which would be $56.00.

• Service call fees can often be consolidated and reduced if there are multiple calls at one location.

• HST is extra.

• Special-order parts must be paid for at the time of ordering. We can email an invoice, and you can pay for the parts online at a secure payment site (we use Square Canada).

• You will find our parts prices to be very reasonable. We work with several parts distributors to ensure good pricing and fast availability.
