Who We Are

Huronwoods RV Service has been providing mobile RV service in Simcoe County for 4 years.

David Smith, the company owner, has been a full-time RVer since 2011. He has been involved for 45 years in the Industrial Automation business, specializing in electromechanical automated systems and robotics. For 15 years he ran Ontario Automation Services, providing services to Industrial clients such as Magna. Not ready for retirement, he started Huronwoods RV Service to fill a need for quality, fast, on-site repair to travel trailers, fifthwheels and motorhomes.

Paul Jakeway, our service technician, also a full-time RVer, spent his career as a Class A automotive and truck mechanic. Paul's meticulous attention to detail ensures that the job is always completed to the highest standards.

Since 2017, we have established a reputation for fast, effective and good value on-site service. As longtime RV owners (since 1998), we have one objective which guides our business.... Always treat the customer as we would like to be treated ourselves.
